Seven Miracles: Changes To Come

It feels like a whole lot of changes are coming all at one time. I wonder what parts of me are going to be lost. I wonder what is in my base, my core that will survive. I think this all for the best but sometimes the storm can be quite scary looking too.

Light from above and below Meditation

Seat yourself with feet apart and soles on the floor. Inhale and exhale three times with deep in breaths and explosive exhales.

Now draw energy up from the Earth - feeling the warmth as it rises from your feet all the to the top of your head. When you feel the palms of your hands getting warm or tingly, brush off your body lightly as if there were dust on it. (This helps clean your body energetically).

Now imagine a waterfall of light flowing down unto your head. The water/light is pleasant to feel and gently flows into your body, filling it with light and love. The healing energy of the light draws out the stuff inside of you that you no longer need. This could be old thought or behavior patterns which are holding you back. Let the light radiate into you and allow it to give you what you need to grow spiritually. Let the light fill all your bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual). Let the loving light glow in your heart. Let the glow grow until it radiates forth from your entire being.

Now you are ready to face the world !
